The following general terms constitute an integral part of every sales contract between the company under the name “AKROLITHOS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” with the distinctive title “AKROLITHOS S.A.” (the Company), headquartered in Kipia of the Municipality of Paggaio, Kavala Prefecture, with General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) number 020768230000 and Tax Identification Number (TIN) 800117450, and its respective customers (the Customer), provided that these transactions are conducted through the Company’s online sales platform at the website www.akrolithos.gr.

Orders for which the corresponding deposit is not made within 2 days are considered not submitted and are deleted.

Through the e-shop and the designated application there, you can pay for your order using a credit / debit / prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard, and MAESTRO). The cardholder is solely responsible for the correct and authorized use of their card.
